Modules / Inventory

Know what you have, what it cost, and what to reorder.

Stock levels across every warehouse, a stock ledger that never forgets, counts your AI checks for anomalies, and reorder suggestions that turn into purchase orders.

What your AI does here

Work that used to wait for you.

  1. 01
Tracks stock by product, warehouse and bin in real time
  2. 02
Keeps average cost current with every receipt and shipment
  3. 03
Runs cycle counts and flags variances that look wrong
  4. 04
Builds kits and finished goods from components
  5. 05
Suggests reorders and drafts the purchase orders

The stock ledger

Every unit, every move, every cost

Inventory in Padrino is a ledger, not a number that gets overwritten. Receipts, shipments, returns, builds, counts and adjustments are each a recorded movement with its cost, so on-hand and inventory value always reconcile.

Products carry variants such as size and color, alternate units of measure such as case and each, and barcodes for scanning.

Counts and reorders

Counts that check themselves

Open a count session and Padrino generates the sheet. Scan or type the counts, and when the session closes your AI flags variances that look like errors rather than shrink, before they hit the books.

Below your reorder point, Padrino suggests what to buy, from which vendor, at the right price break, and drafts the purchase order for approval.

Cl Claude in Inventory

Closed the aisle 4 count. 2 variances look like a mis-scan, not shrink; I held them for a recount. 6 SKUs are below reorder point, POs drafted.

Questions

What is AI inventory management?

Inventory management where an AI agent watches stock levels, runs counts, flags anomalies and prepares reorders, while every movement is recorded with its cost.

Is it good for a small business?

Yes. It starts simple, with products and one warehouse, and grows into multiple warehouses, bins, variants and kitting when you need them.

Does it replace QuickBooks inventory?

Padrino tracks inventory in its own ledger connected to its built-in accounting, so stock value and cost of goods stay in step without syncing two systems.

Can I scan barcodes?

Yes. Products carry barcodes, and counts and picks can be scanned.
